It's that time again, for the annual Kiteoberfest!

What is it?

Imagine you took all your favorite beach activities— especially kiteboarding— combined it with good food, Octoberfest, Halloween, a drum circle, and random events that make Spartans look like wimps. What do you have?

All the ladies and gents will be dressed in their finest lederhosen and dirndls. And, for those that feel more like ghouls and ghosts, we will not discriminate, all costumes are welcome. Feel free to wear your boardshorts and bikinis too, but remember, you may miss out on some of the sweet prizes!

Did you say Prizes?

Umm, yeah, for sure. Last year mostly everyone walked (especially Peter N!) away as a winner with cool giveaways, from Ukeleles to kite gear.

So what's so fun about this event anyway?

How about some of our toughest kite chicks knocking each other off SUPS, a tightrope challenge, the inexperienced kiteboarder race, and much more totally random madness that will surely make you spit your German beer out laughing. But please, be careful, we don't want you choking on our special Bratwurst.

Oh, and we almost forgot to mention. We will have demos from all our favorite supporting Kite brands, so plenty of gear to go around.

Don't worry, it's all kid friendly, bring the munchkins too.

If you're sick of boring old events, come hang out with a bunch of like-minded people, just having a good time on the beach, wind, or no wind. We don't pack it up until the cops chase us out after our late night rhythmic fire dancing drum circle (don't worry, we have a permit).

How much does all this cost?

We're fun, but not very smart, IT"S ALL FREE! Come show us your support and who you love, again this year!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Lori Wilson has 2 parking areas, we will be using the South parking (Near the dog park on "I dream of Jeannie Lane"

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Heck no! This is a beach party and Kiteboarding event. Badges?! We don't need no stinkin' badges.
